Abstract A typical manufacturing system requiring a high degree of automation usually includes warehouse, AGV, CNC, assembly line and laser marking equipment. Among them, AGV plays an important role on the overall operating quality efficiency. This paper studies control strategy under background system. Firstly two modes motion path are defined; flow chart movement between any points in is analyzed, communication module minimum operation mode designed; finally, programs for several main scenarios proposed based PLC ladder diagram.
